Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

Section 2 - General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve:
(a) transmissions over various networks, and
(b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 3 - Orders & Payments

We accept all payment methods supported by Stripe. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT (moms) unless otherwise stated.

Section 4 - Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Section 5 - Shipping & Delivery

We ship via DAO for all orders. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days

  • Europe: 2-7 business days

  • Outside of Europe: 4-15 business days

Please note that for orders outside of Europe, we do not cover import duties, customs fees, or any additional taxes that may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

The risk of loss remains with us until the goods are delivered to you.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after your purchase.

Section 6 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of purchase. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 - Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

Consumers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days. You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the full purchase price including standard shipping costs, but you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Returned goods must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with all original tags attached. Returns must be sent to the following address:

⚠️ Please note: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all purchases are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under Danish law. This means you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if your product develops a fault within 24 months of delivery.

You must notify us of a defect within a “reasonable time” after discovering it. Complaints made within 2 months of discovering a defect are always considered timely.

If the product is lost in transit before reaching you, we will either issue a refund or resend the same product at no extra charge.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. Customer information, including name, address, phone number, and email, is stored securely in our system for order and shipping purposes only.
